Anyone he have any remedies to help with the morning sickness? I don't actually throw up, I'm just nauseous all day everyday. And then when I take my prenatal it makes it worse and that's when I usually throw up. I take them after I eat something, I've even tried taking them before I sleep to see if it would help. It doesn't! I'm miserable! Any mamas have any suggestions!?
