Taking a break.....
From stress! This month, I'm only taking opk's and temping to pinpoint ovulation and keep tracking for my doctor's appointment. I'm not stressing over vitamins, caffeine intake, having timed sex, etc. I just need to do the essentials so I have info for my appointment. I also started to lose my sanity lol. I was getting depressed and crying all the time, beating myself up for failing, telling myself awful things and I realized what the stress was doing to me. I realized I needed to let go of it all and just do what I needed to do for the next step. I feel so much better. I can breathe again. I can enjoy my coffee and my husband without thinking about getting everything perfectly timed out. Maybe this weather changed has also played a role but I definitely needed to lower my stress and kind of hit the RESET button on my life. I encourage some of you ladies to take breaks and just breathe! Ttc is hard as fuck! It's mentally and physically taxing! You owe it to yourselves and your sanity to take a real break every once in a while and stop pressuring yourselves! You deserve it!
