cramping

I have been having cramps since last week it start strong but it has decreased it's light now but I went to the er last night just wanted to make sure I wasn't having another mc... there has been no bleeding or spotting. The doctor said they couldn't find out any at moment because it's too early in the pregnancy I am 5 weeks 3 days   My hcg level was 600. I was wondering if anyone is experiencing anything similar. I am scared I just keeps praying for this to be our rainbow baby.
