first time experiencing a miscarriage and d&c

😭 found out yesterday that we were suppose to be 11 weeks by babyhasno heart beat and ease measuring 6 wks, so we chose a dnc had that done this morning and the physical and emyoain is just to much!! I have never had to go through this and all the nurses yesterday and most today were jerks!! And tips of how to cope with it!!
