Would you cheat if your husband wouldn't have sex with you?

Would you consider cheating if your husband only has sex with you once a year, but you want more than that? I'm not looking for permission, I'm just curious how you all would react. And for the record, I have communicated in VERY clear terms that I desire more sex. Months and months and months of no sex.
