Starting Solids?

Question

My son is 5 months and a week and a "supported sitter" as it says on the baby food packaging. He seems to be satisfied with an 8 oz bottle of breastmilk so should I wait or start to introduce solids and see how he does?

I tried starting my son at 5 months and wish I would have waited the extra month. He started sleeping bad when I introduced solids, I don't think his belly was ready.

I started a few bites after dinner at 4 and a half months and he LOVES it. Opens wide, leans forward, he gets excited now whenever he sees a spoon 😂 just go slow and wait a few days in between feeds to see if he has any weird reactions!
