Check description please please help!!!

Okay i am over a week late, i have horrible back pain, i have horrible breast pain and swelling, im sooo dizzy i feel like i could either throw up or pass out, i have horrible cramps for over a week or two and im super emotional...
Note- i am sexually active and use pull out method but did use a condom a few times ago and realized i was allergic to latex*** 
Also no spotting at all
A- Could just be period taking some time to get here
B- sounds like pregnancy to me, test (i havehad  cramping for 2 weeks now or so and read online implantation cramps only last 3 days to 4) 
C- sounds like a bigger problem like something serious could be going on!
D- go to the obgyn and see
