I thought I was 2-3 weeks along, my last period started march 16th. but a lot of sources online keep telling me I am 4-5 weeks. Very confused ??? this is my first ever pregnancy

You go by your last period, so you would be about 4w5d - once you have your first ultrasound, they'll give you your official due date and gestational age! (Mine was only 4 days off, some are spot on)
