TMI! Postpartum vaginal care?

So I am 6 days postpartum and my vagina needs to be cleaned with something other than warm water!! I use the peri bottle with each bathroom use and it isn't helping! I don't feel clean down there 😩😩😩! Any advice is welcomed! TIA

It may feel "dirty" because of the what your body has been through, but I promise it is not dirty! Doing anything else could introduce bacteria to your vagina and do a lot of damage.

I got the ok to shower the day after  and make sure I wash gently-with my hand, not loofa or wash cloth- with anti bacterial soap like dial. (I'm a firm believer that that area should always get antibacterial soap instead of body wash).

I wipe with tucks pads (witch hazel). It's good for reducing irritation and it helps me get cleaner when I feel like I need it

I didn't like the wet feeling of not being able to wipe after the warm water (I had a few stitches) I would take a paper towel section and pat dry so I at least felt clean!

I got stitches with all 3 of my kids and was told i can wash with Dove sensitive soap

I wasn't told not to use soap. I showered with soap and gently washed down there 2 days after vaginal delivery

I shower and use a baby wash cloth to gently clean it with some unscented sensitive skin Dove soap. That helps me feel clean and not so gross

A sitz bath is what made me feel clean. You put it in the toilet lid and just sit there soaking. (Either in clean, warm water, or you can get stuff to add to it.)
