Would you consider me fat?

My husband keeps telling me that I am "chubby". I know he just says it to be nice. I know I am fat as a I am obese. I weigh almost 300 lbs and I'm not proud of it. But it got me thinking wat other people see as " fat". So would you personally consider me "fat" or "chubby", like my husband? In these pictures I am in a girdle and my dress is a corset back.
