I went in for my first ultrasound yesterday and based off my LMP (feb 24th) I should have been 7w4d. When we got our ultrasound it showed the gestational sac and what he THINKS may be the baby but we couldn't hear a heart beat. He said it looks like an early pregnancy. I go back next week for another to see any growth. I know I ovulated a week after my period so I guess it kind of makes sense to be off by a week, but my doctor didn't even say how far along he thought I was or was measuring so I'm kind of lost. Anyone experienced thinking they were farther along then they were and went on to see the baby and heartbeat next time? No bleeding and still expericing pregnancy symptoms. Looking for some peace of mind!!
