I know spotting can be normal during the first trimester.... but what symptoms make it lean more toward possible miscarriage? I have already called the on call physician since my doctors office is closed, and he told me to monitor it and call back in the morning to see my doctor. But in the meantime, my curiosity is killing me.. any info is greatly appreciated! I'm currently 6 weeks along..
