Does the baby really measure around 10in at 20 weeks?

So far, the measurements given here on the app is the same with our baby's measurement during routine ultrasounds. But when I looked now, it says 20 weeks pregnant baby is the size of a banana 10in. Does the baby really grow that fast during this time from 6in at 19 weeks to 10in at 20 weeks?

It's because the change from crown to rump measurements over to crown to feet! This is done after week 19 due to the rate babies grow in both periods of time.

They truly don't grow that much more. They measure the baby from head to butt up until 20 weeks because they are curled up before 20 weeks. At 20 weeks, baby is stretched out so then they start to measure from head to feet so it SOUNDS like they Grew a lot all of a sudden, but in reality they are just measuring the baby a different way.

Yes! Sometimes even faster. My baby was 13 inches at 20 weeks.
