Too tired to exercise?
I'm having a very difficult time getting to the gym. I'm currently 6w4d along and the fatigue is beyond anything I could've ever imagined. I keep tellling myself that I can win this battle, but I am failing miserably. I keep hearing that it gets better in the second trimester. Is this true? I'm a bit overwhelmed and concerned because I'm not exercising the way I used to. Anyone else on the same boat? I've been considering giving the early morning workouts a try, but I'm afraid it'll only cause my fatigue to worsen while at work. Thoughts? Anyone else struggling to be active nowadays?
