I am 4-5 weeks pregnant. my question is if we get scared by some sudden noise and felt so anxious for couple of minutes... can this lead to miscarriage? I know I sound silly but I am worried for my baby. please help.

Every day stress from life and the normal worry a pregnant person has is not enough to cause pregnancy loss.

I remember the startle from something, when it would make my heart jump, I would immediately feel frightened for my baby. 
But I also realized, as time went on, I startled more easily/intense the more I was on edge. 
The less i worried, the less intense my startled felt. (Like when my dog barked or when someone knocked on the door etc...) You have to relax. 
I remember feeling this exact way. No it's not a stupid concern but now that I'm further along, I wish I never felt this way.
