breaking out!

Ok so I'm ok cycle day 46. Af is 14 days late and no sign of it. No spoting. Back ach and fatigue (but I am a hairstylist so this is pretty normal) I'm not super regular but never this late and I always get it every month. But I fortunately have great skin I never break out and when I do it about one pimple when I'm pmsing well my face is covered(to me) I have about 8-12 breakouts! This has literally never happens to me. My question is has anyone experienced breakout during early pregnancy? Also I have taken 3 tests one at 2 days late 7 days late and 10 days late all bfn. Thinking maybe I ovulated late? Thoughts?
