Okay am i super paranoid?

So i know i keep posting a lot freaking out, but understand my last and only other pregnancy ended in a miscarriage and this is my rainbow baby so I really don't want to lose this one, i had light pink spotting last night that had stopped and gone away the remainder of the night, but i had been experiencing back pain later on that same night and then this morning i went to go pee i noticed the slight pink again but after trying to wipe a second time i got no more and when i went to flush i looked down into the toilet and noticed there was super tiny small chunks of pink, i couldn't tell if it was the toilet paper having come apart or if I'm miscarrying but im so freaked out and idk what to do when I called my doctor last night they said it was nothing to worry about and i have an appointment in two weeks but i feel like i should still go see them sooner especially now
