I've heard every other day is best for healthy sperm, do you all agree?

When I got pregnant we had sex three days in a row that week. Sperm takes three months to mature so the sperm he's using is already three months old. just do it when you want!

I did every other day but someone commented on my chart and said I should have done it every day during fertile window so now I am not sure! Lol
