Last year my ex  pushed himself on me and guilt tripped me into thinking that I should have sex with him, even though I didn't want to, we began but didn't finish, he then left me the next day.

If u said no, multiple times and he still pushed it in u, then it's rape. If u "gave in" and had sex, then it's not so much rape, as it is u giving in.  If he actually forced you as u pushed him off of u, then it's rape..  
In theory, if u say no and he does it anyway,  that's rape. But if u whingingly gave in and just has sex,  then it's technically just u giving in into him pressuring u. U need to say NO and get up and walk away. .. if u did that and he forced u down and had Ur way with u, that's rape.
