ovulation

Okay I am new to this....... I got pregnant first time first try with my daughter now we are having a hard time. My two apps say I ovulate yesterday and one says today. I took an ovulation test and got just the circle no flashing smiley face or solid smiley at all. I was planning on just bding every other day until the end of the month. Have I already ovulated or is it in it's way. Idk what to think anymore?!?!?! ☹️
