Can a medium predict number of kids?

Had a medium tell me that the two I have got are all I am going to have six years ago. Have tried since with both my partner and a sperm donor and not caught. Could the medium be right or do I keep trying?

The thing with mediums and psychics etc are that 99% are fakes. Most real ones I've met don't usually sell their talents.
