1 hour glucose test

Tomorrow morning I will be getting my 1hr glucose test! I for some reason am extremely nervous although I have no reason to be concerned everything has been going great so far!!! My Dr did not tell me to fast or anything but do you ladies have any tips for me ? I do drink some pop not extreme but should I not drink any today?
