Teething already?

So I know a lot of you are going to say it's highly unlikely for him to be teething already but he turned 8 weeks yesterday and he's been very irritable the last couple days and his Napping pattern is all off. He's drooling a lot and has rosey cheeks and seems to be chewing on anything close to his face (his fists or my finger or jacket he's wearing)

Ive had a good feel all around his gums and I can definitely feel something sharp at his top front gums especially when he's chewing on my knuckles. I know it's unlikely to teeth this young but it's not unheard of, so has anyone else experienced or experiencing this?
