Does the name Adrian sound like it's for a girl?

I'm having my second baby boy due in July and I decided to name him Adrian. I've never told anyone but his dad but, guess what? It's like men don't know how to keep their mouth shut. I told him I didn't want anyone to know because I didn't want to get judged. I was going to announce it when I give birth to him. On Easter, I had no idea he told his family until they all started to make fun of the name Adrian. They all kept saying it is a girls name. 😒 I was upset and yesterday I changed his name and started to address him as "Baby K" now. But, I'm still stuck. I really liked the name Adrian. 😓
