Anyway, me & him have been friends for a while and he often refers to me as his bestfriend which pisses hos girl off. In the past, I've had feelings for him but knowing he wouldn't leave her I just let the feelings fade. Recently he has been VERY sweet to me. 

I'm super insecure and stuff so he's complimenting me all the time and telling me I'm gorgeous TO MY FACE (kudos to him for saying it in person...). He keeps telling me I'm perfect and when I post a picture on Snapchat he will reply with "damn <my last name> 😍". And is CONSTANTLY telling me I'm gorgeous. We literally FaceTime every night for like 3 hours. I'm starting to catch feelings again but I don't want to. He doesn't act like he'll leave her any time soon and he's trapped in this toxic relationship. She verbally abuses him by telling him he's fat (he's actually pretty skinny), and telling him he needs to do different things to be good enough for her. Her family also does the same thing and makes fun of him, insults his family, and constantly calls his autistic brother retarded. He's scared of her family and doesn't want to break up with her because of them. What do I do about this? He really acts like he likes me but he has a girlfriend!!
