Pcos and pain after sex. Help?

Question

I have pcos and it seems like every few months I'll get pain after sex for hours. It's like there s alot of pressure in my lower stomach. I've been going through different websites trying to see if there s anything to help, and haven't found anything at all. The pain sometimes just shows up in the mornings or at night. I'm just really sick of being in pain all the time. If you know of anything that'll help let me know. Thank you

Those of us with polycystic ovarian syndrome are also at risk to have cervical inflammation which is what it could be. Every occurs quite frequently when we have polycystic symptoms. If it's severe enough or if the doctor believes there is an infection causing the information you can go on an antibiotic. I suggest seeing an OBGYN and getting a pelvic exam just to make sure there's nothing wrong down there otherwise it might just be your PCOS

Sadly, there isn't a whole lot you can do to help this. Tylenol and heating pads will be your best friend. You can ask your doctor about Metformin which is a diabetic medication that balances out sugar which in turn helps with some of the polycystic symptoms.
I totally understand where you are coming from since I have PCOS and endometriosis. I wish I could tell you it gets better..
