37 weeks and my feet are huge and killing me!

My feet swell so much! I feel like the back of my heels are going to burst open, they are so sensitive. Also sucks that none of my shoes fit and even my flip flops are tight! 😭 anyone have any remedies to keep my feet nice and moisturized? My heels I feel like are doing to crack open and I've never experienced this before so I have no idea what to do! Lotion is not enough.
