Telling hubby

Ok so on Jan. 26th I got my mirena taken out cause I want to have another baby but my husband doesn't know that I got it removed! So lately he's always been asking me when are we having another one......the only people that know I got it removed are my mom my sister-in-law and my best friend. Should I tell him I got it removed? Or wait till I get pregnant and surprise him!
