anxiety disorder and pregnancy
Hi all! Does anyone have or has had experience with coping with anxiety disorder while pregnant?
Before o got pregnant I went off my medication to switch to another because I was told it would cause birth defects. Went to get new medication and find out I'm pregnant and he won't give me anything. I have my first OB appt on Monday and I'm hoping they can give me a list of baby safe anxiety medication. But does anyone have any tips for handling it?
