Braxton hicks?

Hi everyone! I'm 28 weeks and I feel like a tightening feeling in my lower tummy sometimes that is not painful. When I touch it it's harder than usual. Is she (baby) just moving to that side or is it Braxton hicks? Are Braxton hicks supposed to hurt?

Braxton Hicks are tightening of abdomen and they are not painful if you massage it for a little bit it goes away.
