Treatment???

Question

Any one know of any type of treatment for head lice? My 7 year old sister has head lice and we have never had this problem before so we don't know what to do. I told my mom to take her to the doctor but she has to wait till Monday since it's closed. But what can my mom use for now?I'

When I was younger I had it really bad because I didn't tell my mom. We just bought shampoo at Target and then used the lice comb. It took hours cause I have so much hair and let it sit for over a week.

MAYYYYOOOOOOOO and wrap a plastic bag around their hair after for like 6hrs. Works miracles.

Buy nix at walmart...wash and dry everything you can..on the HOTTEST setting

I've had it several times growing up. I found that soaking your head in mayo (I know absolutely DISGUSTING) over night with a bag tied around the top of the head will suffocate those awful things. Then you have to go through her entire head and pull out the nits (eggs) it is a process and will have to be done a few times to make sure you get all of them or they will continue to come back. After that you need to thouroughly clean the whole house!

Tip-- 
Tea tree oil is a godsend! Put a few drops in her conditioner and mix some water with it in a spray bottle and spray her book bag. The smell will drive them away!

Idk if this helps now but definitely as a preventative resource is tea tree oil? It's a special shampoo doing that once a month would be a good idea to keep them away.
