Silly question: would you peel the cucumbers? 🥒

So I'm making a cucumber salad for SOs mom bday party tomorrow. There are going to be a handful of small children there that may or may not eat it. I was just curious would you peel the cucumbers or leave the skins on? Personal opinions here.😂

I like half peel it... haha. I peel but leave strips of skin on every couple peels.

I cut the skin off 4 sides. It kind of squares off the cucumbers AND the slices look pretty. I'm not a huge fan of the skin but not against it either. It's a nice compromise
