Slice de core in 5 equal pieces and eat one a day starting 1 dpo for 5 days. If you got positive opk saturday id start monday

Everyone I've seen talk about it says to cut it into 5 and start from your first positive OPK. I got to day one and hated it so I only did the one time. The texture icked me out. 😝

I did this and I tested today. I got a positive but I will retest in a few days. I ate it for 5 days after my implantation. I did use a whole one. I went to Harris Teeter and they had it already cut up. Lol
