To get pregnant or I have to hold off until next year. I'm getting married (finally) after nearly ten years together and after three kids. I can't afford to alter the dress (the pricing on that is outrageous!) so I have to have the baby before the wedding or get pregnant after it. Any tips to increase my chances??? I do have PCOS.
