I am 7 weeks pregnant and today I woke up violently ill vomiting. My stomach is cramping up, I'm just dry heaving and I also have mild irritable bowel syrndrome. Usually when I have an attack I end up in the hospital, but I want to make sure that it's not just morning sickness I guess. I know I am def dehydrated now... any advice? I prob should go just to make sure baby is okay? Or am I overreacting?
