pregnancy on the mirena

So ladies today I found out that I'm pregnant and confused. The confused part about this is that I have the mirena inserted. I got on birth control because I didn't want anymore kids. I have two kids already.my husband and I were very happy with our decision on just two kids. So now we have a problem because we don't know what's going to happen.since I'm on the mirena i have a chance on having a miscarriage.at the same time we are not ready for a baby right now.we are moving to a different state with 2 little kids we have to look for a house.i don't know I got mix feelings
