what is getting you thru nausea and food aversions?
anyone else feeling hungry and nauseous ALL DAY long?? one day something will be the best food ever and the next day I can't even bear to smell it.
The only foods that I'm craving day in and out, and actually feeling satisfied by, are mangos, pineapple, oranges and limes. But they don't keep me full and I'm constantly hungry. I'm starting to run out of ideas for what to eat and struggling between wanting to choose nutritious foods vs comfort food (that inevitability makes me feel terrible).
anyone else struggling with this? what are you eating???
