clomid third cycle: early ovulation

Hi everyone.

I am on my third cycle of clomid 100 mg CD 2-6. Had an ultrasound on 15 CD. And she said there is a cyst in your right ovary which means you have already ovulated. But I did have two good follicles in right ovary. My cycle length is 35 days. Last two cycle I ovulated on 22 CD. So I started taking my ovulation test on cd 14. It says low fertility till date. Currently on my CD 17.
