Can the pill cause vaginal dryness?

I just started having the pill about 8days back. It was my 1 year anniversary today and things got a little steamy, but I didn't enjoy it as much as I usually do there was slight burning and generally I'm extremely lubricant naturally but I felt a little dry from the inside. Even after we finished when I went to pee it was like everything was on fire. Is this a side effect of the pill? Will it eventually be normal? 😕

The pill effects everyone differently but dryness can be caused by a lot of different things. Your diet, stress, ph level, hygiene habits.

My advice is to try and pinpoint the source of the problem.  Hell, you could even be dehydrated.

It can also happen for no apparent reason sometimes. Try some lube if all else fails. Make sure you look at the ingredients first tho. Some lubes can have reactions with condoms.

I've experienced the same thing and my doctor changed the dose of the hormones in my pills..I feel like it has help somewhat but still not like it was without the pills

Yes, vaginal dryness is a symptom of the pill. I just started the pill 3 weeks ago and I'm experiencing the same thing.
