When you find out an ex is moving on with someone else, how do you usually feel?

After they become an ex I forget they exist.

I think it depends on a lot of things

1. How was the relationship while it lasted

2. How long did it last

3. How was the break up

4. How long it's been since the breakup

5. Have you moved on since the breakup

With my ex I don't even know or care if he's moved on or not. He doesn't really matter to me anymore at all. I don't want his life to be awful but he's more like a stranger to me now.

When my boyfriend and I broke up (distance reasons and then we fixed things years ago) he tried moving on. I heard about it and was devasted because I was still in love with him. He never really moved on though- he tried and realized he wanted me. So it worked out for us. So for me it'd depend on the situation.

Relieved to finally be shot of him! Lol my ex was a complete nut job control freak and did nothing but play me like a fiddle n put me down constantly. I moved on but he kept pushing n trying to ruin it for me however he could until I told my partner he could deal with it because I'd had enough. Few months later my ex moved on with a girl he'd cheated on me with anyway n it was the biggest relief I had from it all.

It depends how the relationship ended, if I ended it and it was on bad terms then I'm glad they've moved in to someone else, if someone broke up with me and then I assume I'd probably be a bit sad.. Unless I was well and truly over them

It depends honestly on how fast they move on. When my ex moved on I was so upset but after a few weeks I was happy for him even though it hurt me.
