Should i do nude or swim suit??

I'm getting my first ever massage in a week. I weigh 285 lbs... Should I do nude or a swim suit? I'm worried doing nude will gross them out...

Just go nude (unless you are seriously uncomfortable). I'm plus size and have gotten Many massages. They have seen it alllll.

Every time I start to feel self conscious I think about the gross old men they have to touch who get a tad too excited 😂.

Neither. Keep your pants on, they will ask you to roll them down a little and they'll tuck a towel in to stop them getting oily. They will see a little bit of 'crack' but they've seen it all before! And when they ask you to roll over they will omciver you with a towel. It's all very professional.

I usually just leave my underwear on. You're covered in a sheet, so it's not like you're totally exposed. I'm sure they've massaged all shapes and sizes. They're not going to care either way. Wear what you're comfortable with.

I weigh 300lbs and am 5'10 so am plus sized. I have regular massages and never had an issue. I usually wear underwear and thats it

Just panties if you want to wear something! I'm a massage therapist, and I PROMISE, your therapist is not going to judge or be "grossed out." Every body is beautiful! A swimsuit will get in the way of back/shoulder work. You'll be covered the whole time, except the part that is being worked on. Just wear what you're comfortable with! You can even wear compression/exercise shorts if you'd like. Bras/swimsuits are just a little hard to work around. 😊

Don't wear a bathing suit. For one, it'll get in the way of them massaging you. Two, if you're not comfortable getting a massage then don't get one. 
I can assure you though that they've seen it all. All massage therapists are very aware that they're not just going to work on model status attractive people. They're going to work on people of all ages, shapes, sizes...it comes with the job. They've seen it all.

Underwear bottoms only. They won't be able to be as effective if you leave a top on.  Just be sure you shower that morning or before you go, it'll be fine. :)

When I get them they instruct you to take your everything off except underwear bottoms and wrap in a Towel or sheet
