Colostrum harvesting
My midwife told me not to until 36 weeks but I'm guilty of first trying it tonight, at 35 + 3 weeks!
I only managed to fill a small 1ml but omg I am so happy/proud of myself 😂😍
One thing I could use is advice on massaging techniques to get the milk flowing, I'm a first time mummy and I had no idea what I was doing really.
