How to clean white shoes?

What are yalls best suggestions for cleaning white shoes? Mine are not terribly dirty, but there's a few dark spots.

The only pair of white shoes I own are Converse. I'll usually wash the fabric part with Tide (scrub it with a toothbrush) and the rubber part I like to clean with toothpaste.

I mix toothpaste, baking soda, and hydrogen peroxide. Works great

When I worked at a daycare and the kids shoes got dirty we used baby wipes, worked pretty well of course it was same day dirt so yeah.

I have white converse type shoes for work and they get really dirty. I normally use a toothbrush and put toothpaste on then wash it off and use some of the white shoe polish for canvas shoes and they always look good as new
