Get a discharge summary
Just some info i was told about tht might interest other mummies.
When i had my baby i asked my midwife for a discharge summary so i can keep it in my sons baby book.
It tells you how long each stage was (stage 1, stage 2, stage 3) if you had any tears etc...it took me 12 minutes to push my son out and 15 minutes with my oldest child 🙂
