How do you deal with prenatal depression? I really don't know what to do, my relationship with my husband is rocky and I don't feel comfortable talking to any friends or family. Just at a loss of what to do. I'm 33 weeks 5days pregnant.

My doctor placed me on Zoloft 25 mg for my third trimester and postpartum. We decided that the risk of not treating my prenatal depression (and most likely postpartum depression) was way more detrimental to my babies than the potential risks to the babies. I'm at almost 30 weeks and my ultrasounds have all shown the babies developing 3 weeks ahead, so it's deemed safer for me to start taking it now. Without it I've been an absolute mess. Being on bed rest and confined to my room has really taken its toll. I stopped eating and sleeping properly. Zoloft is just to help take the edge off and help me cope better. I would definitely talk to your doctor. I was really scared to, but thank God I did! I hope that you find the help that you need 😊💓
