Definitely learn everything you can about Depo before picking it. There is no way to know how your body will react to it. Some people are fine, and some people (like myself) it feels like it's ruining your body, life, and sanity.

I would recommend the depo, you only have to get it around every 3 months so it doesn't require much effort and you're likely not to get a period which has its benefits.
