Depression while PMSing
How do other people cope with depression while pmsing? I was diagnosed with depression when i was 13 & now every time i'm about to get my period & my hormones go crazy, i'm 10x more depressed than usual. Not to mention, i also lost my mom at 14 years old so i'm always sad about that. What is good for dealing with depression but also dealing with PMS symptoms?
