Bleeding in the first trimester

Hi ladies, Has anyone experienced bleeding in the first trimester and the baby was okay? I'm 7 weeks today and just noticed a little reddish brown spotting. I called my RE after hours number, and the nurse said this is pretty common for IVF patients and not to worry unless I start soaking pads. I've been lightly crampy since implantation which also makes me concerned. But I've also had some pretty bad morning sickness so that should be a good sign, right? Just trying really hard not to be more worried than I have to be. ☹️
