I think i have SPD

I have developed what I believe is Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction. I can't roll in bed without it hurting, getting in and out of the car, or walking. I work 12 hour shifts and walk the entire day. I lift over 50 lbs and push and pull things all day. I complain a lot about it because I can never get relief. My husband is getting annoyed and everyone else is saying it's normal. I know it is, but the only thing that helps it is rest and light activity. Which I can't get enough rest with the job I have. So as soon as I get days off to rest, it goes away and then bam it comes back even worse when I work again. I don't want to be pitied or babied, but I don't know how much more I can take and I don't want to damage my pelvis. Is there anything I can do or should I stick it out? I only have 22 days until my due date so not much longer.
