Flu or pregnancy symptoms?

Woke up today with body aches and nauseous but mainly aches are lower on pelvic area and back and nipples absolutely hurt. Took temperature had no fever, could I just have a virus/flu? Or early pregnancy symptoms? Period should be coming the 29th of April

We're cycle buddies !! Today is 8 DPO & I feel like I have the flu, a head cold, extreme migraine & sore throat. Mild cramping & back ache & just getting tons of acne lately. Dizzy spells & feeling sick to my stomach too.  I'm hoping all these are positive signs, & we get our BFP soon!!
